Otherwise, everyone will be mentally clocked out before you know it. A clearly organized board meeting agenda will help make sure the conversation flows, so you can cut down on side conversations and get down to business. Really put some thought into how you organize your meetings. Just keep it on the board meeting agenda for next time, and focus on solving the problems that you can right now. Say you don’t reach the desired conclusion for an item.
